Pimpinella anisum.


De vroegste vermelding van Anijs als geneeskruid dateert uit de 16e eeuw, het wordt voor inwendig gebruik alleen als hele zaden aan het paard gegeven.
De zaden zijn ideaal om de eetlust op te wekken, worden gebruikt bij spijsverterings stoornissen zoals koliek en werken excellent op aanhoudend irriterend kuchen/hoesten.

 

  • Draagt bij tot de normale werking van spijsverteringsenzymen door Calcium

  • Draagt bij tot een normaal ijzertransport in het lichaam door Koper

  • Draagt bij tot een normaal metabolisme van eiwitten en glycogeen door Vitamine B6

  • Draagt bij tot een normaal metabolisme van macronutriënten en vetzuren door Zink


Voor EXTERN gebruik: etherische anijs olie helpt tegen parasieten zoals luizen of schurft.

 

DOSERING: 30 tot 40 gram per dag.
